Activity Guidelines
By supporting foreign workers and increasing corporate acceptance, we will promote efforts to realize a symbiotic society and a sustainable labor market.
01
Ensuring an appropriate employment environment for foreign workers
We will ensure appropriate working conditions and promote transparency in employment contracts so that foreign workers in Japan can focus on their work with peace of mind. We will thoroughly comply with legal regulations and support the creation of an environment where workers' rights are protected.
02
Support and education for employers
We provide consulting and educational programs to employers to help them prepare for the acceptance of foreign workers. We help them understand the significance of employing foreign workers and manage them appropriately.
03
Promoting intercultural understanding
We actively promote intercultural exchange programs to deepen mutual understanding between foreign workers and Japanese society. We foster harmony in the local community and workplace and foster a culture that embraces diversity.
04
Improving the working environment and supporting long-term retention
We aim to improve the working environment for foreign workers, so that they can settle in the country long term. We investigate and provide advice to resolve problems in the workplace, and create a comfortable working environment for both parties.
05
Building a sustainable labour market
With the declining birthrate and aging population in Japan, we aim to realize a sustainable labor market, keeping in mind that foreign workers will play an important role. We will deepen cooperation with the government, companies, and local communities, and promote broad international cooperation.
